Kate Smith has been wanting to put this on the schedule for quite some time now. 35 minutes of Yang movements and 35 minutes of Yin Yoga poses. The Yang Flow will move in a mindful way (think Slow Flow) and all the movements can be modified to accommodate a variety of levels. There will be no chaturangas. This class will also incorporate free-form which means you will have a few minutes to explore asana on your own. Such a fun class! Come join us, y’all.
