Yin Yoga is an incredible way to release tension from the body, calm the mind, and leave us as practitioners with a lasting sense of well-being. What a marvelous way to start off the New Year. By laying a foundation of CALM in our hearts.
This class is 75 minutes and includes long pose holds. There is a $12 drop-in fee. No pre-registration is required. We do recommend that you arrive early as this class tends to be full.
