Join Kate Smith for a 2-hour Yin Yoga class honoring the Winter Solstice.
In Chinese Medicine Theory, we are shifting from the season of the lung (fall) to the season of the kidney (winter). Kate will lead us through a series of yin yoga postures to honor this seasonal shift from Autumn to Winter. Kate will also discuss what this means for us and how we can use this transformational time to honor our own self-healing.
As always, Kate will brew up one of her magical essential oil blends for the event and incorporate the blend into the class.
Each student will be given a small bottle of the blend to take home.
